Schools:
We are sensitive to the general limitations of student musicians at the Junior High and High School levels. We have written for various Jr. High and High School ensembles, both
"Band only" (instrumental arrangements) and backup bands for vocal groups (swing choirs etc).
When writing for student musicians we usually"tailor" the arrangement to the individuals in that particular ensemble, by catering to their strengths and being mindful of their limitations.

"The band kids are enjoying your arrangements. They like playing them and have had no trouble following them.

The band director also likes them. We are both very particular about how things are laid out, and that the form is easy to follow. We are very pleased with your arrangements and score.
